Wheel Drive Plate type FUA (Fixed Universal Adaptor).

This wheel plate style is designed to be permanently bolted to the valve wheel using ‘U’ Bolts around the spokes.

Care must be take to ensure the plate is bolted centrally onto the valve wheel to remove the possibility of eccentric rotation.
